First Place with Honors in the 2024 AGC Build Georgia Awards

Located adjacent to City Hall at the heart of the city of Duluth, the Duluth Jewelbox is a 4,800-SF, two-story retail landmark conceived by city leaders and developers as a modern civic icon and gathering place. Expanses of glass set within locally sourced brick create a façade that is both contemporary and welcoming, while the building glows at night as a beacon for events on the Town Green. Following completion of the shell, Studio SOGO also delivered the full interior architecture for the restaurant tenant.
